Communicate Clearly
At events, discuss roles for MBAs at your company, from a current and historical perspective. Students are most interested in knowing how they can use their skills to contribute to your organization and how they can develop a career at the company.
During the interview process, maintain a clear and prompt flow of information to students before, during and after the interviews. Include information about interview timing, expectations, and your decision-making process.
